45 minutes chapter 1

"Yes, agent Carmichael, you are poisoned. And if you can't find an antitote in the next 45 minutes you are gonna die. Which I would like, actually," said doctor Zook to his nemesis agent Charles Carmichael.

"You do know that I will capture you and arrest you. Because, poisioned or not, I will do anything in my power to see you behinde bars," replyed Carmichael.

"Yeah, sure, what ever. But I will going to give you a chance to get the antitote right here right now if you tell me the codes to the USA national bank vault," gave dr. Zook Carmichael a chance to live.

"Over my dead body, doc. I won't teel you the codes even if my life would depended on it," said a bit moranic Carmichael. "Oh wait ... ," finally he realised that his life really is depending on it.

"My pleasure, agent. I now have to wait for another 40 minutes for you death."

"Boo-hoo, I'm not going to die and I think you know it."

"But you are, stop arguing."

"No, I'm gonna stand up from this chair and I'll bet that youself give me the antitote."

"Yeah, what makes you think that?"

"Simple, in one minute CIA's special unit will come through this door, kill all your men and arrest you. Then they will force you to give me the antitote."

"Oh really!"

"Yes. So I'm gonna just sit here and wait."

"OK. Yell me - are you going to give me the codes or not?"

"For the last time - no."

"It was great to fight against you all these years and it's a bit sad that our ways depart like this."

"What are you talking about?"

"Hey, Larry, throw me your gun," told dr. Zook to one of his men.

When he got the gun he pointed the barrel towards Carmichael and said:

"Bye, bye, agent Carmichael. With or without you I'm going to find the way how to get into the vault."

And then he pulled the trigger. Agent Carmichael brains flew against the wall behind him.

"OK, guys, let's bail. We have a vault to get into."

Dr. Zook and his men left Carmichael's body were it was and left the building with their van.

Special agent Charles Carmichael, 38, had been working working for the CIA for 13 years and after dr. Zook killed his first partner Charles promised to capture Zook and put him behind bars. Things of course didn't work out as he planned.
